New Bidder Account Instructions | Setting Password, Logging In, Adding Credit Card, & Making Payment

If it is after-hours - please leave a voicemail or send an online message using the contact form on the Contact page requesting a callback for payment.
This page provides step-by-step instructions and guidance for those who have not yet logged into your "Omnia Bidder Account". In most cases this will include those who bid via LiveAuctioneers, Invaluable, AuctionZipLive, HiBid, ProxiBid, or a platform other than the Omnia Auctions branded online platform (linked directly to our website).
Each successful bidder, no matter how they participated in the auction, has an "Omnia Bidder Account". Accounts are automatically created for every successful bidder.
Both the "User ID" and associated "email address" for the Omnia Bidder Account is the email address registered with the online bidding platform through which you bid.
Please read each step of the process as we have provided below.
Step 1: Log Into Your Omnia Bidder Account
Follow this link to visit the "Account Login" page.
Once on the Login page, look towards the bottom of the page and select the "Forgot Password" link.
Enter the email address registered with the online platform through which you bid.
You will receive a password reset via email. Please check your Spam / Junk if you do not see the password reset email in your inbox. It is sometimes the case these emails are filtered to Spam / Junk. (If the email does go to your Spam / Junk - be certain to set us as a safe sender so that subsequent emails from us will hopefully make it to your inbox.)
Step 2: Log Into Your Omnia Bidder Account
Once your password has been reset to the password of your choosing, you will log into your Omnia Bidder Account.
Your "User Name" is the email address registered with the online platform through which you bid.
Your "Password" is the password you set during Step 1.
Follow this link to visit the "Account Login" page.
Step 3: Add Credit Card To Your Omnia Bidder Account
On logging into your Omnia Bidder Account, you will be taken to your account "User Information" page. You should first take a moment to make certain the account information displayed is accurate / correct. You do not need to edit the password fields unless you are wanting to change your password.
Once you have verified the account information, please add a credit card to your account profile. This will be the credit card you plan to use for payment. You will also be able to add and remove credit cards at the checkout page.
Step 4: Process Payment Using "Checkout Now" Button Next To Your Open Invoice
Once you add a credit card, you will be taken to your account dashboard. This is the page you will be taken to on subsequent logins and is the default landing page when you log into your Omnia Bidder account.
Once on this page, you will see open invoices at the top of your dashboard.
For the invoice you wish to pay, enter the amount in the field provided (next to the open invoice).
Then, select the "Checkout Now" button.
Step 5: Process Payment
Selecting the "Checkout Now" button will take you to the page to review and process the transaction / payment.
Take a moment to review transaction. If everything appears correct, process the payment by selecting the "Place Order" button at the bottom of the page.
Your payment is now complete.
Once paid, your invoice automatically opens an order within our shipping software.
You are all set.
If at anytime you need to update your Omnia Bidder account contact information, billing information, or password:
Please select the "Edit User Information" button located at the top of your Omnia Bidder account dashboard.
